Matthew Limbaugh will be a 2024 graduate of Winter High School and is the son of Walt Limbaugh and Ruth Kahl. His favorite childhood memory is going on fishing trips with his grandfather.
Matthew has been involved in SkillsUSA (1), Drama Club (1), Golf (4), Quiz Bowl (2), and Band (1) at WHS. The activity he enjoys the most is golf because it’s the most fun thing for him. His favorite high school memory is the fun he had on the senior trip.
The class Matthew enjoyed the most was Old English because it was the most fun to learn. His biggest pet peeve is people who buy things and don’t take proper care of them.
Outside of school, Matthew enjoys a good round of golf. If he had one wish, it would be to be better at golf and make it through college with good grades. The three words best describe him are ambitious, kind, and hardworking.
After High School, Matthew plans to attend college at St. Mary’s and further his career at Walmart. In 10 years, he sees himself as a store manager or more at Walmart. Three things on his bucket list are to become CEO of Walmart 🙂, master playing the organ, and learn four languages.
The person Matthew admires most is Doug McMillon because he is the current CEO of Walmart.
The teacher/coach who had the most significant impact on Matthew is Mr. Jeff Suralski because he’s the one who taught him everything about golf.
Matthew will miss the golf team the most at Winter High School. He would advise underclassmen to join the golf team.
