Rhihanna Garduno, granddaughter of Randall and Laura Berger, is featured in our Senior Spotlight. Although Rhihanna has not always attended the Winter School District, it feels like she has always been here!
Rhihanna is a diligent student who isn’t afraid to advocate for herself and her classmates. She is a member of the Student Council and the Lakeland Honor Society, and has participated in a number of their events. She balances school, extra-curricular activities, family, and a job while always completing her homework and excelling in class.
After graduation, Rhihanna plans to work for a semester. Then, she hopes to attend Northwood Technical College to pursue a career in Cosmetology, and then continue her education with Esthetician School.
Mr. Suralski, the Winter High School Social Studies teacher, says, “Rhihanna has always been very hardworking and achieved great things in my classes, but I think the best thing about Rhihanna is how genuine she is. Talking with her is as comfortable as talking with an old friend.”
Mrs. Lueloff, the Winter School District Business Education teacher, says, “Rhihanna is going to be missed. I’ve been lucky to have Rhihanna in many of my classes. She has come out of her shell so much. She is hardworking, passionate, and most of all, ready to go places. She asks questions and shows interest in things that she knows will help her. She is definitely part of the Warrior family and will only move on to better things.”
Congratulations to Rhihanna for your Senior Spotlight!
