Scarlett Gortemoller, daughter of George and Heather Gortemoller, is featured in our Senior Spotlight. Scarlett began and is now finishing her education in the Winter School District.
While in High School, Scarlett has participated in the High Quiz Bowl and the Native American Club. She is always willing to help out with any task, especially if it involves the elementary students. She is kind, caring, and resilient, and serves as a good role model for the younger students.
Mr. Delabar, the Winter School District Physical Education teacher and Athletic Director, says, “Scarlett has grown into a determined and resilient young woman during her time here. It has been great to have her back with us this year, and we’re glad she returned to finish her senior year. Scarlett has shown a lot of personal growth, and we are proud of the progress she has made along the way.”
Mr. Suralski, the Winter High School Social Studies teacher, says, “I really appreciate Scarlett’s creativity and willingness to learn new things.”
Congratulations to Scarlett for earning Senior Spotlight!
