This year, keyboarding is working with Kindergarten and 1st grade together. We are having the best time. Instead of me doing all the teaching, the 1st graders have been assisting in the class. This week, they showed our Kindergarten students how to log in to the computer and some of the games we can play. The class was full of laughter and smiles! It’s an experience seeing the students helping one another.
2nd grade learned why leaves change colors in the fall. They then went on a colorful leaf hunt! 🍂🍁

It's always wonderful how much the students help the Village with community services like this.

The elementary students are making beautiful and uplifting posters for walk for tomorrow!!! They brainstormed these kind sayings and are working hard on decorating. We talked about what the walk means and why it is so important to do our best to help to welcome everyone and be kind.
