Student of the Month
November 2025
Noah
Class of 2027
Noah is the son of Patrick and Jennifer Shannon,
has been chosen as the Winter High School Student of
the Month for November 2025.
Noah is currently a junior at Winter High School. He is
dependable, always friendly and always helpful. Noah
is a member of the golf team where he is known for his
long drives and willingness to tolerate any weather
conditions to play the game. He also had leading roles
in the 2024-2025 drama club performances and is
looking forward to the 2025-2026 performance. This
year Noah has also joined the High Quiz Bowl team.
When possible, Noah arrives early to school to assist
with the Science Club. Oftentimes he is there just in
time to help clean up, but he never minds that task.
Mr. Suralski, the High School Social Studies teacher,
says, “Noah is a delightful, hardworking student who is
respectful and friendly towards everyone. In
government class, Noah proved that he knew more
about the Bill of Rights than anyone else in the annual
Bill of Rights bingo game! As his golf coach, I’m very
proud of his effort last year and seeing the enthusiasm he has on every shot gives me a great
deal of pleasure.” Mrs. Lueloff, Winter School District’s Business Education teacher, says,
“Noah is a student that is always positive, asks questions and is ready for any challenge. When
we practiced interviewing in Personal Finance, he dressed up and looked SHARP! He is a
pleasure to have in class!”

Congratulations to Noah for earning Student of the Month for November 2025!

Coach Holm took a group of our football players to D.C. Everest this past Friday to watch McDonell Central Catholic take down Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas 64-29 in the 8-player football state semifinal.
McDonell will move on to the state championship this coming Saturday, November 15th at South Wood County Stadium in Wisconsin Rapids.
Although it was cold, our boys were able to watch a perennial powerhouse team operate. The best way to get better is to emulate those who are great!

Cal’s Tuscobia Tavern comes through huge again for Winter Athletics!
Cal’s hosted a SECOND meat raffle last night and achieved the goal of doubling the profit from the first round. They raised
over $600 in the first round and last night’s total was $1,309! This brings the total donation from Cal’s to just under $2,000!
We are so appreciative of the support of this new business in the heart of our little town. It was great to see such a great turnout in support of our kids!
Special thanks to Dee Schleusner, Jen Wergeland, and anyone else who helped out last night for spearheading this and running the raffle portion.
